Saint Paul is kicking off the holiday season with the grand opening of the Wells Fargo winter skate and rice park powered by excel energy. The Festiva days would include performances, photo opportunities and more. And you don't want to miss the lighting of rice park where there will be a 60 foot tree lit with 15,000 lights.
Everyone in attendance will be a monks the first ones to skate on the outdoor artificially chilled ice rink in downtown St. Paul. Oh and it's free! The winter fun begins November 18 through February 11.
